What a week! Schools completed and all set for the new term.
A nice mixture of servicing and installation.

An install completed last year that required the outdoor unit to be located further away at the rear of the property.

A common misconception many don’t realise is you can have a longer pipe run installed for your AC system (depending on the make and model that is supplied).

This means greater flexibility for the end user if you want or need to move things to a better location.
This system had 15m of pipework fitted and concealed in white trunking to match the windows as requested by the customer.

Call-out to a faulty Gree AC unit that was fitted about a year ago by someone else. Lost almost 80% of its refrigerant. Tiny leak on the suction flare. Repaired, tested, re-charged and back up and running for this customer.

Decommissioned a Panasonic A2W heat pump today. Was fun getting this lump down.

A repair and re-gas day. Glad I had the pop up with me! ☔️ This Daikin twin split has lost 1KG of refrigerant. Can you see the leak on the suction flare? It appeared after 20 bar.

Some Ventilation servicing completed today on some Daikin VAMs. The heat recovery mode was actually bringing the outside air from 13 degrees up to 20 degrees while the room temperature was extracting at 21 degrees. This is a 2.5kW Fujitsu Designer High Spec & Design unit which boasts a SCOP of 5.1 in heating mode. Basically it’s using 500W when heating to deliver 2.5kW of heat. Amazing.
